With the extra functions in the Fairwalter Professional price plan, you can collaborate even better as a team. In the Fairwalter Enterprise price plan, you have access to additional enterprise and productivity functions.
You can add extensions and services such as training, master data import and setting up a chart of accounts.
The subscription period and the billing period are 12 months.
The initial account setup is included in the Basic, Professional and Enterprise price plans. We set up your personal Fairwalter account. You will be created by us as a user:in with the appropriate permissions and receive a login. In addition, we can individualize the document templates with your own logo.
You can book additional services in the above-mentioned packages:
-Master data import: We support you in migrating from your existing property management system to Fairwalter. You provide us with your existing data in a standardized Excel format. We import your data and prepare it for you in Fairwalter.
-On-site training: We train you and your team for at least 3 hours on-site in the use of Fairwalter. Up to 3 participant:s are included, each additional person costs extra. Travel is exclusive.
-Online Training: In our online training, we go into all the tips and tricks of Fairwalter. We answer your specific questions on the spot, so that you become saddle-fast in the use of Fairwalter.
-Own chart of accounts (from Fairwalter Professional): In consultation with you, we set up your own chart of accounts together. We calculate that this will take 2 hours. If this time is exceeded, we will discuss this in advance.
You will receive a QR invoice and can conveniently pay by bank transfer.
You can cancel your subscription 90 days before the end of the term. Of course, you can continue to use Fairwalter after cancellation until the end of the term.
Your account including data will be irrevocably deleted only 1 month after cancellation. In the meantime, you can continue the subscription at any time, export your data or delete your data manually.
Fairwalter is a web application such as Bexio or Homegate. This means that Fairwalter does not run on your computer, but on a server. In our case, this is at Microsoft Azure. This makes a lot of things easier for you:

Your data is stored exclusively in Switzerland. The servers are operated by Microsoft and are ISO 270001 certified. In addition, backups are stored several times a day on mirrored servers. The communication between the server and your end device is encrypted (2048 bit each).
