The subscription term and billing period are 12 months.
You can book additional services in the packages mentioned:
-Master data import: We support you with the migration from your existing real estate management system to Fairwalter. You provide us with your existing data in a standardized Excel format. We import your data and prepare it for you in Fairwalter.
-On-site training: Individual on-site training can be booked in addition.
-Online training: Individual online training courses can be booked in addition.
You will receive a QR-bill and can pay it conveniently within 30 days by bank transfer, credit card or Twint.
You can cancel your subscription 90 days before the end of the term. Of course, you can continue to use Fairwalter after cancellation until the end of the term.
Your account including data will be irrevocably deleted only 1 month after cancellation. In the meantime, you can continue the subscription at any time, export your data or delete your data manually.
Fairwalter is a web application such as Bexio or Homegate. This means that Fairwalter does not run on your computer, but on a server. In our case, this is at Microsoft Azure. This makes a lot of things easier for you:
● There is no need to install a program, as Fairwalter runs in the browser of your laptop or tablet.
● You can access your data from anywhere, regardless of location.
● In addition, there are no hardware requirements, such as RAM, hard disk or CPU.
● You do not have to worry about data security or backups.

No, Fairwalter currently has neither an Android nor an iOS app. However, the content is "responsive", i.e. it is dynamically adapted to your device from a screen resolution of 1024 pixels. This means you can use Fairwalter in the browser on your tablet without any problems.
Yes, you can test Fairwalter free of charge with all functions for 30 days. To do this, you only need to register on our home page. After the trial period is over, you will have the option to choose one of our packages that suits your needs.

Your data is stored exclusively in Switzerland. The servers are operated by Microsoft and are ISO 270001 certified. In addition, backups are stored several times a day on mirrored servers. The communication between the server and your end device is encrypted (2048 bit each).

You too can help protect your data. Choose a secure, unique password and store your passwords only on your own devices. As an administrator, you should regularly check which users you have granted which access rights.
In addition, you can set up two-factor authentication for your account, i.e. you must also authenticate your login via a smartphone app.
A security log is included in the Fairwalter Enterprise price plan. In it, you can track all logins and login attempts to your account.
Owner:s are only allowed access to their own mandate. Use restricted access. For owners, a read permission is sufficient and fiduciaries can only access the accounting.
To you - and only to you! We do not share your data with third parties and you are allowed to export your data and documents at any time, either because you want a backup or because you want to change the software.
